All hard drives have very low usage, with long power-on hours but minimal read/write activity.

Please note that I test every unit before shipping and only pack those in perfect condition. I use high-quality packaging with plenty of foam and paper to prevent damage, but transit issues can still occur.

If damaged, please be sure to take photos of both the item and the box with the shipping label.
