In the case of a return due to the buyer’s preference, the refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping cost and any customs fees incurred.
Additionally, if a brand-new item has been opened, it can no longer be listed as new. In such cases, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item.
