VINTAGE FABER CASTELL 1/87A SLIDE RULE IN THE ORIGINAL CASE GERMANY 1930's
Rare vintage slide rule by A.W. Faber-Castell, model 1/87A, made in Germany, likely during the 1930sā1940s.
This model features an integrated Addiator for manual addition and subtraction, built directly into the body of the rule.

Length: Approx. 12 inches / 30 cm.
Material: Wood with celluloid scales. Patent marking: D.R.P. (Deutsches Reichspatent). Includes: Original sliding cursor and green hard case with model number printed on the side.
Condition:
The slide rule is in overall good vintage condition. The case shows visible wear, and there is a cracks at one end of the rule body (see photos).
The rule remains structurally sound and usable for display or collection.
