Please read. I bought this G.I. Joe 12 inch figure well over 20 years ago. Still new in package. Never opened. I have stored it but overtime the clear, thin rubber bands, that were part of the inner package have broken down and turned to dust. I took several pictures so you can see the condition. Please see pictures for description. I want you to be fully aware of the condition. This figure is perfect for opening. Not so much for keeping it as a mint perfect sample. Priced to sell. It should be the cheapest on eBay.
