You are looking at a 28mm Tropical Village style admin building - we also have the matching huts, supply depot for this product.

These are pretty much flat pack, some assembly will be needed as you can see in the pictures the individual pieces you will receive.

Each building comes with: 
  • the building
  • the roof
  • wood style floor
  • porch style roof and support
  • raised stilt base to raise the building off the ground (which you can choose to use or not)
  • stairs for use with raised floor
  • sign
