A. 100 Royalty-Free Stock Photos (18 MB Files - Approx. Pixel Dimensions: 3072 x 2048 / Document Size: 10.24 x 6.827  at 300 DPI/PPI).
B. Photos are in the Kodak PhotoCD (PCD) Format.
C. Used and in perfect operating condition. May have light signs of wear (i.e. finger prints and light scratches) that do not effect performance. All of our Disks are tested.

2. 1 Free Companion USB Flash Drive Containing The Corel PCD Files Converted To The JPG & TIF Formats
 
 A.  The PCD (PhotoCD) files on the Corel CD-ROM should be converted to other image formats to increase their compatibility with graphics applications. As a courtesy to our customers we convert the PCD photos on the Corel CD-ROM(s) that they purchase to the popular JPG & TIF image formats & provide them on a USB Flash Drive with their Original Corel CD-ROM(s). JPG files are compatible with most software, have smaller file sizes than TIFs, and are used extensively on the internet. TIF files support a variety of graphic features and preserve all data when saved which makes them great for graphic design and printed projects but they are not widely supported on the internet.
 B.  The USB Flash Drive is compatible with 2.0 USB Ports. 3.0 USB Ports are typically backwards compatible to 2.0 drives. To be sure, please consult your computer's documentation prior to purchasing this product.
 C.  The Companion USB Flash Drive contains the following items:
 
1) All 100 PCD photos on the Corel CD-ROM converted to 100 JPG photos & 100 TIF photos (18 MB Files - Approx. Pixel Dimensions: 3072 x 2048 / Document Size: 10.24 x 6.827  at 300 DPI/PPI).
2) An 8.5 x 11 Thumbnail Gallery in PDF format including the photo, caption and file name for each photo on the CD-ROM (12 pages) that can be printed for easy reference to the images on the CD-ROM.
3) Corel License from Corel CD-ROM documentation
4) Corel CD Kodak Software Installation Instructions
5) Usage_Info.pdf (file explaining how the USB Flash Drive may be used)
 D.  Scanned with Anti-virus Software: We maintain anti-virus software in our production environment and scan all files prior to distribution to our customers.
 E.  The USB Flash Drive is being provided as the archival copy of the original Corel CD-ROM permitted under clause B(2) of the Corel License.
 F.  The Corel License applies to the use of the photos on the USB Flash Drive just as it applies to the original Corel CD-ROM.
 G.  As required by copyright law, we only provide a companion USB Flash Drive containing converted Corel photos with the original Corel CD-ROM from which the photos were converted. Should ownership of the original Corel CD-ROM be transferred, the companion USB Flash Drive must be transferred with it or, destroyed.
   
3. Storage Case
The storage case is clear making it easy to identify the Corel CD stored within it. The case can accommodate the Corel CD-ROM and the companion USB Flash drive. It also includes clips inside of the front cover where printed documentation can be stored. Documentation can also be stored within a clear sleeve surrounding the outside of the case.
 
Preview All 100 Photos On The Corel CD-ROM  
1. Be sure to preview all 100 photos that are included on the Corel CD-ROM and companion USB Flash Drive in the auction images section.
2. The preview photos were compressed for quicker downloading which made them appear fuzzy. The original photos on the CD-ROM and USB Flash Drive are higher resolution and clear.
3. The text "bay ID: Eyefularts" are watermarks that do not appear on the original photos on the CD-ROM and USB Flash Drive.

1. The Value of Corel CD-ROMs
 
A. The Photos are royalty-free. Use them as many times as you want without paying any additional fees. For less than the price of 1 photo from some stock photo suppliers you can have an entire CD-ROM of photos!
B. There is no need to pay monthly subscription fees for stock imagery. Build your own collection with Corel CD-ROMs.
C. Corel Photo CD-ROMs include a descriptive caption for each photo making them easy to identify.
D. Corel Photo CD-ROMs include great photos! They are out-of-print and difficult to find! Get yours before they are gone.
E. As licensed photography, Corel Photo CD-ROMs provide protections against claims of intellectual property right infringement that unlicensed photos like pirated images and those generated by artificial intelligence do not offer.
   
2. The Corel License Protects Users
  The use of copyrighted photos that are assumed to be in the public domain, or photos created by artificial intelligence (AI) that closely resemble pre-existing copyrighted works may subject the users of these photos to claims of intellectual property rights infringement and potential law suits where their use was not authorized by the copyright holder(s). Corel photos are owned and licensed by Corel Corporation obviating concerns about intellectual property rights infringement.
   
3. 1990's Technology and Subject Matter
  Corel Photo CD-ROMs were produced in the 1990's. Despite their age, most Corel photos are ageless and useful for projects today. The photos were scanned from 35-mm film or slides at high resolution (based on 1990's standards) and saved onto CD-ROMs in the Kodak PhotoCD (PCD) format. The appearance of some photos may reveal the technical limitations of the 1990's hardware and software that was used to take the photos and produce the CD-ROMs. When compared to modern stock photography, these technical limitations may have produced photos that some consider to be dated or imperfect. However, these particular photos have a nostalgic quality that adds authenticity to projects requiring photos from that time period because their appearance is consistent with the technology that was in use at that time. Furthermore, the authenticity is reinforced when the subject matter in the photo includes content related to the 1990's way of life (i.e. hairstyles, clothing, vehicles, etc). Aside from those photos containing subject matter indicative of the era in which they were taken, most Corel Photos are timeless. Be sure to review the photos in the auction so that you know what they depict.

Computer Requirements  
1. Corel CD-ROMs Are Compatible With Windows and Macintosh Systems
  Corel CD-ROMs are compatible with Windows and Macintosh systems. On Windows systems the photo files can be accessed using the File Explorer application to navigate to the "COREL" directory. On Macintosh systems the photo files can be accessed using the Finder application to navigate to the "COREL" directory.
  * The Kodak software listed below is on every Corel CD-ROM. The software was produced in the 1990s and may not install successfully on modern operating systems.

The copyright and all other rights to the Product shall remain with us or our suppliers. You must reproduce any copyright or other notice marked on the Product on all copies you make.
B. YOU MAY:

1. Install and use one copy of the Product on a single computer or network. This copy is to be used by only a single user at a time. If you wish to use the Product for more users, you will need an additional license for each user.

6. Redistribute, sell or publish the Images, sound files or fonts included with the Product as stock photography, clipart, sound files or fonts.

7. Use any of the Images related to identifiable individuals or entities in a manner which suggests their association with or endorsement of any product or service.

8. Use the Images in electronic format unless all of the following are met:
 i) the Images are embedded at no higher than a base resolution of 512 X 768;
 ii) the Images are incorporated for viewing purposes only;
 iii) a Corel credit is included in the proposed use;
 iv) the Images do not represent a significant portion of the content of the proposed use; and
 v) the proposed use is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the features of any Corel product;

9. Use or distribute the Images on-line or in multimedia applications unless all of the following are met:
 i) the Images are at a base resolution no higher than 512 X 768;
 ii) a Corel credit is included in the proposed use;
 iii) the Images do not represent a significant portion of the content of the proposed use;
 iv) the proposed use is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the features of any Corel product; and
 v) a notice is included in the proposed use specifying that the Images may not be saved or downloaded and are only be used for viewing purposes.
D. TERM: This License shall continue for as long as you use the Product. However, it will terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. You must agree, upon termination, to destroy all copies of the Product. The Limitations of Warranties and Liability set out below shall continue in force even after any termination. E. WARRANTY: WE WARRANT THAT THE STORAGE MEDIA IN THIS PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECT IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU ACQUIRE IT. IF SUCH A DEFECT OCCURS, RETURN THE MEDIA TO COREL CUSTOMER SERVICE, 1600 CARLING AVENUE, OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA, K1Z 8R7, AND WE WILL REPLACE IT FREE OF CHARGE. THIS REMEDY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY IT GIVES YOU CERTAIN RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGISLATED RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

F. G. RESTRICTED RIGHTS: If this product is acquired by or for the U.S. Government, then it is provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, or clause 18-52.227-86(d) of the NASA Supplement to the FAR, as applicable. H. GENERAL: This License is the entire agreement between us, superseding any other agreement or discussions, oral or written, and may not be changed except by a signed agreement. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any provision of this License is declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such a provision shall be severed from the License and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties have requested that this Agreement and all documents contemplated hereby be drawn up in English. Shipping  
1. Orders are shipped expeditiously after which, we let our customers know that their orders have been shipped.
2. We ship to locations within the continental United States and to International destinations (see locations and rates in the "Shipping and handling" section of the auction).
3. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are out of our control as we are required by law to include customs disclosure forms reflecting accurate sales data on packages that dispatched from the United States.
