How to Upgrade Device Using the Renewal Card?

1. Check whether the device update has expired: Diagnose APP main interface → Settings → Subscription Info.

 

2. Please Place Order Directly, then offer your device Serial number to Seller.

 

3. Seller will send Update Code to you Directly.

 

4. Use the Activation Code to Renew: Diagnose the APP main interface → Settings → Subscription Info → Add subscription → Enter the activation code → Verify (view the subscription validity time on the subscription information interface)

 

5. Refresh the device → Click Update → Download the software you need.

Q1. Do I need to be online to use the activation code?

A1: When using the activation code, the device needs to be connected to the Internet for normal renewal and activation.


Q2. The activation code is used successfully and the subsequent time does not change. How to solve the problem if it does not increase?

A2: Sometimes the server has a delay and fails to update the subscription information in time. You can find the refresh button after the basic information on the subscription information interface and set it. Observe whether there will be any changes after refreshing the network. If there is still no change, Please contact the seller.


Q3. Can I choose the renewal period?

A3: The current renewal period is 1 year or 2 years, which can be set according to customer needs.


Q4: If my device expires on 2024-06-01, what happens if I buy an update service on 2023-01-01?

A4: The update service will add a one-year license to your original basis, so your new expiry date is 2025-06-01.

 

Q5: If my device is English + Russian, will the Russian language can't work after buying the update service?

A5: No, the update service will not change your system language, you can still use them as before and also can send us the serial number to activate other languages for free.
