We offer FREE shipping in UK on all the Simba Mattress orders. Earliest available delivery date depends on your postcode and is usually within 2 business days when ordering before 2pm, 3 business days when ordering after 2pm. To know when your order will arrive, please check the Postage and packaging tab on the listing: the dispatch time and courier details will be indicated as well as an Estimated Delivery Date range.

How big is the box?​​​​​​​

All sizes are delivered in a 50x50x106cm box. The box can be recycled.

My mattress arrived, how do I set it up?

Just open the box and unroll the flattened mattress on your bed base. Use a cutting tool to carefully cut the plastic. Then remove all the packaging and watch your Simba rise to the occasion. It's safe and ready for use within three to six hours, though it might take up to 72 hours for it to expand completely - so don't be surprised if it seems fuller after a couple of days. You don't have to keep any packaging, so feel free to dispose of the box.

Will the mattress have a smell when I first open it?

We're embarrassed to bring it up, but you might notice a slightly unusual smell in the first few nights - fresh-out-of-the-box foam can be like that. Once it's had a chance to air out for a few days that will fade away and won't come back.​​​​​​​
