Application

It can be used for repairing and maintaining cracks in cement pavement modified bitumen, road bridges, and so on. It is suitable for the construction and maintenance of the pavement base of high-grade highways, ordinary highways, and city roads.

How to Use 

1. Sweeping: Use a brush (not included) or hair dryer (not included) to sweep the debris on both sides of the cracks in the dusty road surface or shoulder position with pollution, and make sure the road surface is dry.

2. Paste: Tear off the film on the inner surface of the pavement crack sticker, and drive the crack sticker by hand (foot) to advance press, and center the crack to ensure that it is tightly bonded with the pavement. For the gap greater than 0.39-inch cracks, you should use relative to the width of the crack paste for pasting, but also through the lap way.

3. Open Traffic: Construction can be opened to traffic, the more vehicles crushed the better, a few days after the road surface can be firmly bonded, the possible formation of false seams unnecessary management, a few days after the automatic crushing closure. For the road section or shoulder with very small traffic volume, it is recommended to open to traffic after compaction by hand-push small roller.

• It should be noted that the temperature during construction should not be higher than 86℉.

• This product does not apply to intersections, downhill locations with web cracking, heavily loaded pavements, and downhill locations.
•  If irregular cracks are encountered, the tape can be cut and applied with scissors according to the direction of the crack. At the joints of the joint tape, it should be tightly adhered and aligned.
