Description:

Installation and Structure:
- Insert the handle into the shaft hole on the right side of the machine and tighten the fastening bolt.
- Place the aluminum dog tag on the delivery tray, then pull out the card frame and secure the tray with the dog tag inside the frame.
- The card frame can be moved forward, backward, left, and right, and you can choose the position you need. Please pay attention to the pointer indication for the specific typing range.                           
- Adjusting the spacing between characters can be achieved by adjusting the spacing adjuster; That is, 1/7 is the large spacing, and 1/10 is the small spacing.

Operation Steps:
- Insert the dog tag with the required characters into the card frame.
- When aligning, use the handle without pressing the card, observe the position of the letter head, and then move the card frame left, right, front, and back to select the desired coding position.
- Rotate the character code wheel to locate the desired character with the pointer.
- After determine the above steps, press down the handle to print the code.
- If the depth of the characters typed does not meet the requirements, they can be adjusted by using the screws in the adjustment holes at the bottom of the machine. The method is to loosen the screws with a M6 inner hex wrench, loosen the outer nuts with an M14 outer hex wrench, adjust the screws, and tighten the outer nuts after adjustment.

Precaution:
- Please use aluminum oxide dog tags (50mm × 30mm × 0.8mm). It is strictly prohibited to use other metals or cards of other sizes.
- When rotating the code wheel, it is strictly forbidden to press down the handle to avoid damaging the machine.
- When changing gears, please pay attention to the positioning. If it needs to be changed halfway, please gently block the card frame with your left hand to prevent the card frame from automatically moving when shifting gears.
- It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or other foreign objects into the machine.
