The print head is most afraid of static electricity and dust
Therefore, the printer must be safely grounded. If printing plastic materials, it is necessary to install anti-static facilities (such as industrial electrostatic brushes) before the plastic materials reach the printer
 
Before replacement, be sure to clean the rubber pads or shafts under the print head, ribbon box, feeding channel, and regularly clean them during use
After replacing the print head, be sure to change the resistance setting (some models do not need to be set), otherwise it is easy to burn out the print head
