Up for sale is a vintage PARAGON USA No. 000 hair or beard trimmer recently found at a shed estate sale in Delaware County PA.  Can't be used on long hair.  Designed for short hair or beard.  Might need to be sharpened.  Doesn't work on pets, pulls their hair.
Research says 1940s.
