1.When you receive the spot welder, please fully charge the product first to ensure better spot welding effect.

2.When spot welding,just place the soldering pen lightly on the nickel sheet.Do not press too much strength, just a little bit.It’s a resistance welder. And pressing hard will give you a weak weld.

3.If the solder joint becomes black,lower gear,and if solder joint is too small,increase the gears.

4. According to the material and thickness , you can choose to adjust the level, we have 1-80 levels adjustable.
