This is an adorable vintage item. Her hair and face are in fantastic shape. Her dress is lovely. Sadly, the music part and rotation are not currently functional. You might be able to repair. I am not mechanically inclined. Her hands have a bit of discoloration and seem a bit frail. Minor discoloration of lace. See pictures for more information on condition and size.
