How To Use:
The Use of Conductive Film
1. The gel will conduct electricity into the machine and be coated on a black conductive film.
2. After a few minutes, the conductive adhesive is fully glued to the machine, please start using it.
The Use of the Wristband
1. Fix the machine at a distance of 2.5cm between the back of the hand and the wrist (about half of the length), turn the wrist to fix the installation. (Only need to fix the machine can contact with the skin, do not be too tight, do not affect blood circulation)
Test Before Correct Use
1. Machine test: turn on the switch and adjust to the minimum "1" scale. Please confirm that the LED light turns yellow.
2. Please confirm the normal operation of the LED lamp. When the weak pulse of about 5 seconds is the correct strength, please slowly and continuously press the pressure test button three times.
3. Different people have different feelings about strength, so choose the appropriate strength according to their own situation. In addition, some users' nerves are more sensitive at night, so we suggest reducing 1-2 strength as your normal. (Note: Do not use the machine when the indoor background noise is greater than 45dB, no pulse if the noise is greater than 45dB)
