Dosage
1-2 sachets a day - Dissolve the recommended dose in about 100 ml of cold / lukewarm water or milk. Leave for min. 1 minute (time needed to wake up and activate the bacteria). Then gently stir before consumption. Consume on an empty stomach, preferably before breakfast or at bedtime. For breastfed babies, it is recommended to dilute the powder in a teaspoon of water and give it to the baby's mouth, e.g. with a pipette. In the case of bottle feeding, add to the bottle after preparing the milk at a temperature lower than 40 ° C and only then add.
