Prepare
For 1 lb. of pasta to 4 quarts water. Bring water to a rolling boil, add salt, add pasta to boiling water and stir. Cook uncovered and stir occasionally until desired tenderness is reached. Drain well, add sauces and serve.
Cooking time: 12–14 minutes.
