Directions

Prepare

For 1 lb of pasta to 4 quarts water.

 

Bring water to a rolling boil, add salt, add pasta to boiling water and stir. Cook uncovered and stir occasionally until desired tenderness is reached. Drain well, add sauces and serve.

 

Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.

 

Pair

The grooved surface of this pasta makes it ideal for holding a wide range of sauces. Try it tossed with chevre, fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes.
