CONDITION: We are pleased to offer for sale a lovely Franciscan Ivy sherbet or dessert cup. This pretty sherbet was made between 1948 - 1983. This awesome sherbet is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold imperfections. The color and hand painted decoration is fantastic. The sherbet is free of scratching and use marks. There is no crazing. This is exactly what you would expect of Franciscan China made in the USA. We have duplicates of this pretty sherbet. They are all in the same Undamaged Condition as the one shown. Please check the listing to see how many of these sherbets are still available.
Ivy - ( Made in U.S.A. 1948 - 1983) Franciscan Ivy was one of Franciscan's top 5 patterns. The pretty hand painted green leaf design made the set suitable for most kitchen decors. Another factor that made the set popular was the number of pieces available. The pattern has over 50 different pieces, so it is easy to find pieces that are both beautiful and functional to add to your collection. Pieces made after 1968 ino longer sported the pretty green rim band. This measure was taken to decrease production costs. Francisca Ivy made in the U.S.A will almost always have a Franciscan backstamp or the words "Made in U.S.A on the bottom of the pieces.
