BeyoGold™ Self-adhesive Aluminum Film belongs to the Beyotime gold-standard high-quality consumables. This product is made of high purity non-permeable soft aluminum film and mainly used for light-proof sealing of multi-well plates. Its blocking performance is better than that of plastic film. It can effectively prevent the penetration of oxygen, moisture, bacteria and other substances. Please refer to Figure 1 for a schematic diagram of the dimensions of this product.

The main features of this product are as follows:
1. This product has excellent sealing performance and can minimize evaporation of samples.
2. This product is easy to use and not easy to curl when sealing or uncovering from the plate, leaving no residual adhesive on the plate.
3. The backing of this product is glossy aluminum foil with a total thickness of approximately 80μm containing adhesive material. The adhesive material is acrylic adhesive with initial adhesion and release liner is yellow-colored.
4. The total size of this product is approximately 143×80mm, and the sealing part is approximately 116×80mm (Figure 1). The two ends of this product are designed with 8mm wide grips, which are not only easy to pick up, not easy to stick to hands or gloves, but also help to accurately locate and quickly remove the sealing film.
5. This product has initial adhesion, with superior adhesion and sealing performance, and can be used to seal the plate at room temperature to reduce inter-well contamination and sample evaporation. It is puncturable and suitable for single-channel and multi-channel pipettes and other mechanical pipettors to aspirate samples from the wells.
6. This product can withstand a wide range of temperatures from -80℃ to +120℃.
7. This product is low in extractables by various solvents and has excellent adhesion to various backing materials.
8. This product is recommended for sealing general microplates for PCR, ELISA, and various chromogenic assays.
