Debbie Harry Blondie Original Vintage Zigzag Magazine Poster 1980 Bryan Maloney Designed

Poster size 50cm x 70cm approx.

Picked this one up recently. It’s an original 1980 poster for iconic British punk magazine ZigZag featuring Debbie Harry on it’s February 1980 cover (issue #98) along with various other notable acts from the late 70’s early 80’s The Specials, The Selecter and Madness. The poster / front cover was designed by Bryan Maloney and printed by Fly Press.

This particular edition of the magazine featured an eclectic mix of articles, interviews and charts that provide an insight into the punk and 2-Tone scenes at the time with a spotlight on bands like Blondie and Swell Maps.

The poster originally came from the collection of the radio DJ Annie Nightingale which was sold off at auction recently.

Poster is still in great condition for its age, just one very small tear (see pic) and a few creases. Would definitely benefit from being framed to avoid deterioration.
