The hoodie laid flat the underarm to underarm is 18" across, the shoulder to the hem is 22", & the sleeves are 22". 

Laid flat the shorts stretch waist is 14" across, the waist to the hem is 9" and the hips are 16". The shorts have 2 side pockets.
