This would have been supplied new by us to one of our clients, been used over a period of time, whilst being under a service contract with us, so it would have been regularly serviced as per manufacture guidelines with genuine parts and consumables. 

This machine has covered 125k Mono prints and 242k colour prints so around half way through its expected life. 

The machine will come working correctly with the balance of the toners already in the machine, so it may or may not have a lot of toners left, but we will not send out a machine that has less than 20% toner, so many thousands of prints left before requiring a new toner. 

we can provide new toners, but these would be chargeable. 

The price is based on you collecting the machine from our Letchworth warehouse but we are happy to deliver and install the machine within 100 miles of Letchworth of £135.00 plus vat. 

As this is a used machine, we will guarantee that it is working correctly when delivered or collected, but there is no warranty. We can however provide a full agreement to cover all toners, parts and labour for an agreed period of between 1 and 5 years. 

This service plan would act as a guarantee for the duration of the agreement, so if your machine requires and parts, if it stops working or keeps jamming for example, we will repair it free of charge. in the unlikely event that that machine breaks and is beyond economic repair, we would replace it with another machine of the same or better specification free of charge!

The cost for this optional service is based on a cost per print basis and on a Konica C458 the cost per page would be as follows: 

Mono prints and copies £0.0045p 

Colour prints and copies £0.045p 

Our optional fleet management software is available and is charged at £1 per month. This system will order your spare toners, send meter readings and let us know if your machine needs an engineer visit. 

We have a large number of different machines, so if you want multiple machines, a mix of new and refurbished or anything else, please get in touch. 

If you are outside of 100 miles of Letchworth, still get in touch but the delivery charge may change.
