Offering up an early 1900's Toledo Scales porcelain Sign made by Ing-Rich, Ingram-Richardson of Beaver Falls, PA.  It still has two original paper labels on the back.  The Ing-Rich smaller tag is still attached to the back and I covered it with plastic to protect it.  The other tag is detached but inside a plastic bag for protection as well.  I would say that this is probably an N.O.S. sign, New Old Stock.  I purchased it 16 years ago at an auction in Franklin, PA, which is close to Beaver Falls.  The auction contained many excellent condition porcelain signs from Ing-Rich and I still have many of them in my private collection.
