This coin is uncirculated and has plenty of cartwheel but I suspect a light cleaning on the obverse. I found this coin raw in a roll and sent it to be attributed by Variety slabbing service. It was submitted for grading to PCGS in a bulk submission but it would not grade due to the light cleaning. PCGS will not slab coins with issues on bulk submissions.
