I have been collecting and selling books for many years before taking the decision to take the plunge and launch a dedicated website to sell books. I love getting a bargain on good books and my aim is to provide good books at prices that wont break the bank. Rest assured you will get outstanding customer service. I believe in transparency and honesty and will not sell you duds. If a book is described as new, it is brand new. For used books and graphic novels, I generally go by the IOBA Book Condition Definitions and sometimes might use the CGC Grading scale. However, I am not a rivet counter and will provide enough images for you to make an educated decision.
