Brand new laptop took it out the box, I login, and that’s all that was done. However I would say when login in the touch screen and speed was phenomenal, was shocked on how I actually did like this computer. Trying to sell back for laptop value which includes the charger, a blue case and a black sleeve with an extra pocket in it. My reason for selling it is I bought this for myself as a birthday gift but got surprised with another laptop.
