Saw Neca 2007 Billy the Puppet 12" Action Figure Lions Gate Twisted Pictures

Tested and in working condition. The doll speaks  when the button is pressed. Language is English.

The bike is very badly broken as shown and has some glue blobs in areas from previous repair attempts. It will require regluing and TLC as most  parts are completely broken off, including all pieces shown. The broken pieces are included. The back wheels will need new pegs in order to glue it back. May not glue back together properly as some of the plastic pieces are shorter and broken.

The bike seat has scuffs and paint chips.

One of the doll's legs detaches easily. There is a small gap, and when slight force is applied, it tends to fall off. It is unclear whether the plastic peg is defective or if this is how it was designed. Please refer to the photos for details.

The battery compartment had some minor corrosion inside, which was cleaned out to the best of ability.

This is a rare and highly sought-after collectible doll. Approximately 12 inches in size.

Consider the bike free due to the condition it's in. Priced accordingly for the figure.
