In the case that the lifter bracket is in good condition, the motor is broken and the motor can be replaced.The replacement method is also very simple. There are 4 (or 3) fixed screws on the lifter to be screwed off,install the new motor in the original position and tighten the screws!
Because some models of the motor are reverse mounted, if you press the switch to rise and the glass is lowered, you can exchange the two wires!
