This 1947 (original copyright of 1937) hardcover book is Ralston's Ring California Plunders the Comstock Lode by George D. Lyman, the spine has some damage/wear on the top and bottom edges, the binding is starting to come loose, the pages are starting to yellow, other than that, it is in good to (almost) very good condition.  Satisfaction guaranteed.
