Pair of Royal Doulton bone china portrait figures of Princess Diana and Prince Charles. The pieces are titled, “H.R.H. The Princess of Wales” and “H.R.H. The Prince of Wales”. Item numbers respectively are HN 2887 and HN 2884.

Both of these pieces were limited editions of 1,500 and are numbered 792. This can be seen on the underside of the bases, as well as within the certificates of authenticity. In addition, both the COA’s as well as the underside of the figures are signed by Michael Doulton in gold color. The signatures are accompanied by a date of signing, Jun. 30th, 1983.

Designed by Eric J Griffiths, these figures both measure 10.5” tall on their circular wooden bases. Each figure can be removed from the wooden base. Princess Diana sits freely atop her base, Prince Charles has a peg to hold him in position securely. The base of Princess Diana measures 6 7/8” in diameter. The base of Prince Charles measures 4 7/8” in diameter. Both bases have green felt on their underside.

Both of these pieces are in pristine condition with no points of damage. They come in form fitted boxes with soft foam protection, all of which are original.
