Because of product updating fast, the led module (including the components such as the plastic housing, the Chip IC, PCB board, the screw position ,led color etc) might be different with the picture.

Different batch LED modules, its Display Function will same. But its appearance may different, technical parameters and program setting methods will change, as well as the screw hole positions will change.

Our warm tips is as follows:

1. Please do not mix LED modules from the same company but from different batches.

2. Please do not mix LED modules from different companies.

3. Please do not mix the new LED modules with the ones on your old led screen.

Ok let me answer your questions through suggestions as follows:  

1. Buy enough LED modules at once to build your screen. If it is separated multiple times to buy and it takes a long time, we cannot guarantee to send you the same batch of LED modules because it can be sold out by other customers at any time. However, you can contact us and explain your situation before the first purchase, we may reserve enough same batch LED modules for you, if you do not contact us, we will not be able to know your special needs.

2. If you have purchased LED modules from other companies, but still want to buy our LED modules to use with other companies' LED modules, please be sure to send us some pictures of your LED module to confirm whether it is compatible with our led moduls before you purchasing, otherwise we cannot guarantee that our LED modules can work for you.

3. If you want to repair your old LED screen, please take some clear pictures of the LED module (front & back) on your old LED screen before buying, we need to confirm whether our LED module can work for you.

4. If you use your own controller instead of our usual ones (Novastar/Linsn/Huidu/Colorlight/Sysolution), we cannot guarantee that our products will work for you. If possible, please buy our control card together. We have a lot of control methods to choose from, such as USB/LAN/WIFI/4G/PC/cloud service, etc. We provide software for free for lifetime use without charge.

5. If you want to buy other components, such as power supply, receiving card, sending card, video processor, LED cabinet, other wires, as well as flight case, hanging beam, etc., or you want to directly buy a complete LED Screen that is produced and assembled by us, please don't hesitate to contact us, we are always here for you to talk to us.
