The seal ensures a perfect sealing. It allows reduce window fouling, preserve optimal fireplace performance and thus reduce firewood or fuel consumption.
In addition, the seals prevent the risk of carbon monoxide asphyxiation and prevent smoke backflow.
We recommend replacing the seal annually for efficiency.
Seal Installation Tips :
Remove the seal and clean the slot.
Then apply the seal and cut it to the desired size.
Finally, join the ends with glue, then let dry for 2 hours.
