It has lettering stamped into the wood on one side only. It reads:

Condition: The wood is in excellent condition. The steel hanger swivels and is nice and clean. The lettering is vivid.
Size: A tad bit smaller than a standard adult-sized hanger. The hanger measures 13-3/8 inches across. The steel hanger is 3-7/8 inches tall.
