Product Details
Our Pokémon Obsidian Flames Rare and Normal cards are pulled directly from booster packs. While they are in excellent, pack-fresh condition, they may have minor imperfections. We meticulously inspect each card when we acquire it and again before shipping to ensure its condition is accurately represented in the product photos. These cards are sold for collection purposes and we do not recommend them for professional grading.
Packaging
We take great care to protect your cards during shipping. Each card is placed in a soft penny sleeve and then in a top loader. For smaller orders, we place 1-2 cards per top loader and ship them in a hard mailing envelope.
For larger orders, to keep your shipping costs low, we'll individually sleeve each card. We'll then include a few top loaders packaged separately in the shipment. This method helps us avoid expensive shipping fees while still ensuring your cards arrive safely.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.
Delivery times are estimated to be between 5 - 15 business days after processing, but may vary significantly based on your location, weather conditions, and potential customs delays. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Taxes & Duties
- The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We comply with all international laws and will accurately declare the product's value and contents on customs forms. We will not declare this item as a *Gift* to loophole out of taxes and fees.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item received is significantly different from the one pictured and described on the product page.
The product was damaged during shipping.
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to report any issues and provide photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. Returns will not be accepted if we are not notified within this timeframe.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
