At present, the common hot bending machines on the market are mostly multifunctional and large in size. How to USE
The machine will produce some smoke from thermal insulation layer, please set Power regulator to 100 for few minutes after smoke disappear, then set power regulation around 45-65 according to operation situation.
Note：we also can remove smoke in our factory, but the heating area will have burn mark.
Please put the heating wire into the bottom of the heating groove if heating wire off heating groove or incorrect positioning and then operate machine
Adjust the ruler to 90° angle against linear heating groove
Plug Power cord in power outlet then the power regulation display light on, adjust it as 50-60 till heating wire to light red color
Put acrylic panel one side to guiding rule and align heating position at heating groove.
Waiting 20-30 seconds(May be different indoor temperature and machine setting) then the heating position soften to be bent, move acrylic panel away from machine and adjust bending angle on table. The acrylic will take shape in few seconds.
Please unplug power cord after work.
The machine heater shell can be naturally cooled at 25℃ under rated power operation.
100% Heater power operation or ambient temperature is high and the case of heating temperature of the shell exceeds 50 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the heater will automatically open the air cooling and cooling device.
When the temperature of the heater shell drops below 35 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the cooling device will be shut down automatically.
The handle sleeve and the hex wrench for heating wire replacement, please keep it properly.
Quality guarantee and maintenance
Three-month quality guarantee for the heating components; one-year for other parts (willful destruction excluded).
Quality guarantee will annul if the machine is disassembled.
