Shipping Policy:

Y2PLAY Stores ships all items within the USA and it's territories. Many of our items also ship worldwide! You may view the shipping calculator in the item listing to see which countries an item will ship to, as well as to calculate the shipping costs.

While many of our items include free shipping within the mainland USA, some items will have a shipping and handling (S&H) charge. For items with S&H charges, we will offer combined S&H rates whenever possible. Combined S&H rates will be determined by Y2PLAY Stores upon request. When purchasing multiple items, please use the eBay 'Add to Cart' feature and then request a combined invoice by clicking the “Request Total” link within the shopping cart. Allow time (up to three business days) for Y2PLAY Stores to calculate combined S&H rates and send a revised invoice before completing payment. Requesting a total from the seller is only possible from the desktop version of the eBay website; this feature may be unavailable on the mobile website or app. We are unable to adjust S&H costs or issue a refund for S&H costs once an order has been paid. Please note that Y2PLAY reserves the right to modify available shipping services at any time, and to substitute shipping services for one with an equal delivery time commitment at our discretion. We highly recommend that you provide a shipping address to which all major carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) can deliver.

Items shipping to USA locations beyond the mainland 48 States (and District of Columbia), PO Boxes, and military addresses may be subject to additional S&H costs. Such locations are not eligible for free S&H under any circumstances. International locations will have S&H costs as determined by the shipping calculator in the item listing.

Return Policy:

Y2PLAY Stores is proud to offer Free Returns. Returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 days. Please use the eBay Returns system to begin the returns process and receive your return label. International orders and orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, GU and other territories are not eligible for Free Returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items must be in new condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included exactly as they were received. Some items are not returnable as follows: chalked cues, liquid or aerosol products that have been removed from their packaging, items which may touch the mouth (mouthpieces, microphones, harmonicas, etc.) if they have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
