Piece is titled Pilgrimage to Cythera, which is after the original which was painted by Watteau in 1717. 

This poster was produced on very thick, high gloss paper. 

It measures 28.5 inches x 38.5 inches. 

This original exhibition poster was produced in 1984, under the auspices of the Board of Trustees of the National Gallery of Art.
