Condition:
All our auto parts are used and may show signs of
normal wear and tear such as scuffs, dust, dirt, minor rust. These cosmetic
issues do not affect the functionality of the parts unless otherwise specified
in the product description.
Product Information:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify
compatibility before making a purchase. If you are unsure about compatibility,
feel free to provide your VIN number, and we will assist you in verifying the
fitment.
Unless stated otherwise, you will receive a similar
item to the one shown in the pictures. Additional items not mentioned in the
listing are not included.
The VIN of the donor vehicle can be provided upon
request.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3
business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping within the continental U.S. (48 states)
usually takes 3-5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the
destination.
For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico,
please contact us for shipping rates and processing times. Additional charges
may apply.
We only ship to verified addresses. Please ensure
your address is correct before making a purchase.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy with an option
for an exchange or money back.
If you experience any issues with your part,
please contact us first before opening a return case.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
unless the item is found to be defective or incorrectly described.
All parts are marked to prevent fraud. If returned
items are missing our markings, refunds will not be issued, and the issue will
be reported to eBay.
Return Process:
Contact us via eBay messages within the 30-day
warranty period to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Once the RMA number is provided, ship the item
back to us.
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
unless the item was defective.
