USED COLUMN GARAUNTEE:

We understand buying a used column carries a risk!  Our used columns were acquired from pharma industry laboratories which only analyzed clean samples in limited numbers.  For the buyer, in most cases, the used column should perform well.  If ANY used column purchased from us is not performing as expected, simply share your problem and we will refund the cost.  If the column is bad, you get a refund, period!

COLUMN SHIPPING:

HPLC and GC columns can be fragile and must be protected during shipping and handling.  We will ship your column securely capped on each end in a conveniently sized box with packaging to protect against shocks and bumps.

Any columns we offer may have remnants of stickers, printed labels and/or marked out/redacted writing from removal or cross-out of lab inventory numbers from the prior owners for liability purposes.  No model numbers, serial numbers, dimensions, nor any other manufacturer information have been scratched out or effaced.  The buyer assumes all risk for any injury or property damage associated with the use or misuse of the purchased columns.  Our columns are offered for research and development purposes or educational purposes only and are not appropriate for use in human studies or medical/clinical testing.
