By combining paper thread and polyester we have achieved easy drying and a soft feel. They also have excellent abrasion resistance being more than 5 times stronger than regular sports socks (compared to our company) and are also less likely to develop holes. The sole of the foot has an arch support structure to support the vertical and horizontal arches. By supporting the arch and preventing it from collapsing not only does it absorb the impact on the legs when landing but the arch of the sole of the foot acts as a spring to provide propulsion. The heel and toe are made of pile for added cushioning. The heel is also taped to lock the heel in place providing a heel lock function to prevent slippage.
