Antique Ansonia Clock Co New York Black Cast Iron Clock Lion Head Claw Feet Runs! Estate find, as found. LOVELY OLD CLOCK. It has ran for 24 hours well, however when I moved it for pictures it stopped and I had a hard time getting it started again. It did start after several attempts. The movement is dirty, and does look like it needs cleaned and oiled. I am not a clock expert, and explaining exactly as I see it. The case is in Good vintage condition, looks to have been repainted. There are 2 panels on the front that have paint loss, originally I believe they where painted to look like marble? It is as found, did run for 24 hours, chimes about 3 mins early. As found, in need of some repair. Please see all pictures for the best description. Thank you!
