Please note that, in line with our dedication to producing high-quality, custom-made items, the completion of orders may take up to one to three months, and there may be a waiting list before we can begin your project that we are diligently working through as fast as possible to get to your order. Unpainted figures are usually dispatched in separate components for assembly. We typically sand all joints and strive to eliminate any seams to facilitate a seamless assembly experience for you (pun intended). Should you prefer that we fully assemble the figure, please let us know, and we will be happy to fulfill your request and do our best to pack the item as safely as possible. However, please be aware that fully assembled figures may be more vulnerable to damage during transit, which is why we generally choose to ship them in parts.
The dimensions of the figures are typically assessed by measuring their height from the top to the bottom. However, for figures that are particularly wide or have a substantial base, we might opt to measure by width instead of height. In some instances, for uniquely shaped figures, we may even need to measure diagonally between the two furthest points. This approach helps us optimize resin usage while ensuring you receive the largest possible size for your statue.
We take great great great x3 care in packaging each item with precision and care; however, they may still be at risk during shipping. To assist you in case any item requires repair, we are happy to provide a tube of our preferred superglue, and by purchasing, you recognize and accept your responsibility to carry out any necessary repairs that may arise.
