Originale mittelalterliche Handschrift auf Pergament in Latein.
Es handelt sich um eine Gerichts- bzw. Schöffenurkunde von 1301. Der Bezug darin sind wohl Angelegenheiten zu Familiengütern, u.a. werden eine Margareta de Preybough oder Prayburch und ein Godefridus de Vade erwähnt.

Handschriften des frühen 14. Jahrhunderts sind äußerst selten.

Die hier vorliegende gibt darüber hinaus Einblicke in die Rechtsgeschichte dieser Zeit.

Blattgröße: 16,5 x 16 cm; Plica: 1 cm.

Für das Alter von über 650 Jahren in sehr guter Erhaltung. Pergamentbedingt leicht gebräunt. Horizontaler Mittelfalz. Verso mit Namenszug der Empfängerin und ein Registraturverweis. Ohne Siegel.

Original medieval manuscript on parchment in Latin.

It is a court or alderman's deed from 1301, which probably refers to matters relating to family estates, including the mention of a Margareta de Preybough or Prayburch and a Godefridus de Vade.

Manuscripts from the early 14th century are extremely rare.

This one also provides insights into the legal history of this period.
