Sri Lanka Vanilla beans are grown at high elevations 1000m above sea level, in tropical gardens in mid and wet zones. The cured beans got a unique aroma and taste. Our vanilla beans got a Strong earthy, sweet Vanilla aroma. Also, behind Vanilla you will notice Cocoa scent, hit of resins, and dates. This is due to the processing of Vanilla beans using traditional curing methods in high-altitude climate conditions. The main features of Vanilla beans are oily, soft, moist, dark brown, 6”-7” in length with high Vanillin content.

Sri Lankan vanilla contains approximately 1.5% Vanillin content. It offers gentler flavor and smokiness compared to other vanilla varieties.

Grade C ; 8 - 12 cm long beans
