This is the Powermatic/Jet lock bar for their  15" planers.  This threaded knob is for the table locking rods which keep your table locked when planeing.  Officially it will fit the Powermatic machines, but I know it will fit the Powermatic 20", the old style Jet 15", and the Jet 20"  machines.   Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS.
