GENERAL SHIPPING & PACKAGING DETAILS
* We do NOT use flimsy "photo mailers"
(8x10 thru 11x14) ship "flat" in firm packaging. Packaging cannot be hand bent. 4-5 layers of thick, firm cardboard used for interior protection
(11x17 thru 16x20) are rolled carefully (image down for easy flattening and framing) and shipped in 3" diameter premium shipping tubes inside a waterproof poly bag
* Please Note 8x10 through 11x14 sizes may ship rolled if purchased with a 11x17 or 16x20 photo, depending on order size
*Framed items are securely packaged with edge protectors and shipped in 200lb test premium boxes marked "Fragile Glass"
*Items ship standard shipping. Expedited Shipping upgrade available during checkout
RETURN POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of handling & shipping photos all sales are final.
We will replace any damaged or wrong items immediately, at no additional cost to you. You will never have to take additional time out of your day to return items. If you unfortunately receive a wrong or damaged item, please do not use "Feedback" as a communication method. To expedite a claim and replacement item, please use the "Contact/Message Seller" on your order page and use "General Question". Please upload a picture of the shipping label & item (for a wrong item claim) or a picture of the shipping label, item and all damaged packaging (for a damaged item claim) with your initial claim request message.
*All wrong item/damaged claims will be handled immediately and replacement items will ship within 24 hours of a confirmed claim.
*All wrong item and damaged item claims must be submitted within 5 days of the USPS tracked delivery date.
Please make sure your shipping address is updated correctly when submitting your order. Items that have an incorrect customer submitted shipping address and are returned to sender, are not eligible for refund or replacement.
