The red light is not predictable when plug into the power. It is only predictable when keep the handle pressed down on bottom. This is a protection for sealer

2）No warmup time needed, put the bag on the machine flat

1.Higher settings don't necessarily always mean a stronger seal.We recommend starting low and gradually increasing your settings from 2.5-4.5 temperature grade for the different thick bags.

2.When the signal light is off automatically, keeping the handle pressed down for 2-3.5 seconds would get optimal results. Otherwise the sealing place will be not smooth.

3.Keep the sealer's surface clean to avoid the oxidation of the residue which will reduce the life of the heat sealing strip.

4.When using this machine in the summer, we recommend that the temperature be lowered by one level than in winter and keep an eye on the temperature of the bottom cover.

5.It's better for sealing the PP,PE bags, but can't cut the bags.

How to replace the heat seal strips

1. Unplug the power cord,using the tools to loosen the screws on the sealing machine

2. Remove the old heat sealing strip and heating element

3. Install a new heat sealing element

4. Then tighten the screws
