1. Authenticity Guarantee
   We only sell 100% authentic merchandise. We do not source items from third parties, and we do not sell counterfeit, fake, or knockoff products. If you have any doubts regarding the authenticity of an item, please refrain from making the purchase.

2. Leather Goods Disclaimer
   Leather items may have natural imperfections, such as blemishes, indentations, scratches, discoloration, bumps, or creases. These imperfections may be subtle and barely noticeable, or they may be more apparent. We inspect each item thoroughly upon arrival, unless it is sealed by the manufacturer. Minor imperfections that are visible from a distance of less than three feet or under specific lighting angles are considered acceptable.

3. Foil Accents on Leather
   Foil accents on leather goods, especially on pebbled leather, are not permanent and may wear off from raised areas, leaving a "flaking" or "shadowy" effect, which may even be visible on brand-new items. This is a natural result of the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect.

4. Soft Bags and Shape Recovery
   Soft bags may be shipped folded by the manufacturer and may require time to regain their original shape. To speed up this process, we recommend placing soft items (e.g., folded clothing) inside the bag. Please note that unstructured bags, such as reversible totes, are not designed to maintain a rigid shape.

5. Manufacturer's Warranty
   All items come with the original manufacturer?s warranty. Unless the item is sealed, we inspect every functional aspect (zippers, snaps, locks, etc.) for quality. If you encounter any issues with a functional item within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace it.

6. Battery-Powered Items
   Please be aware that battery-powered items may require a new battery due to the time spent in stock. If you experience any issues with the battery, we recommend replacing it as a first step.

7. Shipping Delays and Damaged Items
   In the event of a delivery delay caused by the carrier, we will file an insurance claim upon your request. If an item arrives damaged, we may require a signed affidavit to process the insurance claim. Please do not request a refund before the claim has been resolved.

8. Return Policy
   We do not accept returns for several reasons. We guarantee the authenticity of all our merchandise, and we believe our prices reflect the value and quality you receive. Processing returns involves unnecessary time and costs, which would either be borne by us or our customers. However, in certain cases, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Restocking fees might also be accessed.
