This adorable raincoat features snap closures and a hood with elastic to help keep it in place. There are dinosaur pockets on the front and cute orange spikes on the shoulders. There are some stains on the inside of the jacket and a name written on the tag. Please see photos. Neither of these detract from the raincoat.
